Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resource Intern role located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resource Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR tasks such as HR management, policy implementation, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience with HR software systems is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field
