Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Intern located in Surat. The Human Resource Intern will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The intern will support the HR team in various administrative and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
