Position: Human Resource Intern
Location: Corporate Office, Zirakpur
Duration: 3–6 Months (Full-time Internship)
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: Senior HR Manager / HR Executive
Stipend: Unpaid
Certification: Internship Certificate upon successful completion

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Assist in employee onboarding, induction sessions, and engagement initiatives
• Help maintain accurate HR documentation and digital databases
• Draft and update job descriptions, notices, and internal communications
• Collaborate on attendance tracking and leave management under supervision
• Contribute to daily HR operations and compliance workflows
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professional conduct

Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA in HR or related stream
• Proficient communication skills – both verbal and written
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and sense of responsibility
