Role
We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Bhopal. This is a full-time, on-site internship where you will learn and support daily HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding of new employees.
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and basic payroll tasks.
• Support the HR team engagement and training activities.
• Help in preparing HR reports and documents.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM/Any HR-related course) or pursuing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in learning HR functions.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Govindpura, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
