About Us:
The Foresta by Joysuites Hospitality Pvt Ltd is a premium pre-opening property committed to creating a professional and employee-friendly workplace culture. We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in hospitality HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and databases
• Support daily HR activities and documentation
• Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement programs
• Help in drafting HR letters, policies, and communications
• Participate in audits and compliance activities

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
