Human Resource Intern

HR Intern Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
  
• Assist in conducting initial HR rounds when required.
  

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Support employee onboarding processes (collecting documents, preparing induction materials).
  
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  
• Help prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
  

3. HR Operations

• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.
  
• Help in managing attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  
• Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data.
  

4. Employee Engagement

• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  
• Assist in gathering employee feedback for HR initiatives.
  

5. Training & Development

• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  
• Support in preparing training materials and presentations.
  

6. Compliance & Policy Support

• Ensure HR files and documents are accurate and complete.
  
• Assist in compliance activities such as audits, policy updates, and record management.
