We’re looking for an HR Manager who is not just people-savvy but also tech-fluent – someone who understands how to hire for a modern, API-driven, digitally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Designed and executed recruitment strategies for tech, product, operations, and sales roles.

Leverage modern recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools for talent sourcing.

Develop role-specific JD templates tailored to travel tech needs.

Tech-Savvy HR Operations

Manage and coordinate with booking platform teams to meet operational staffing needs.

Understand integration workflows, APIs, and platform usage to hire the right technical profiles.

Use HR software, collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello), and automation platforms to streamline processes.

Workforce Management

Build and maintain talent pipelines for developers, API specialists, customer success teams, and travel operations staff.

Create and track performance KPIs aligned with company goals.

Culture & Compliance

Foster an agile, innovative, and collaborative workplace culture.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years in HR roles, preferably in tech or travel sectors.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with booking platforms, API-based systems, and SaaS environments.

Recruitment Skills: Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent in technology, sales, and operations.

Tools & Platforms: Proficient in HRMS/ATS, API documentation basics, and cloud-based communication tools.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
