Job Description

HR Roles and Responsibilities:

Manpower planning in coordination with department heads
End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection)
Liaison with recruitment consultants & job portals
Induction and onboarding of new employees

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

Maintaining healthy employee relations at the shop floor and plant level
Handling grievances and disciplinary issues as per company policy
Coordination with labor unions (if applicable)
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Training & Development
Performance Management
Statutory Compliance
Payroll & Compensation
