Role Requirements:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

    Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Employee Relations:

    Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolve workplace issues promptly, and promote a positive company culture through open communication and employee engagement.
  • Training & Development:

    Coordinate training programs, workshops, and performance evaluations. Identify skill gaps and support employee growth through development opportunities.
  • Performance Management:

    Support managers in setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and providing regular feedback. Address performance-related issues as required.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    Administer compensation packages and benefits enrolment, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct market research to maintain competitive offerings.
  • Compliance & Policies:

    Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR documentation with confidentiality.
