About the Roles

As part of our RCM team, you will play a vital role in managing billing operations, ensuring timely collections, and supporting patient access to care by streamlining financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

AR Executive

• Follow up with insurance payers on unpaid or denied claims via calls.
• Investigate claim denials, underpayments, and reprocess as necessary.
• Analyze EOBs and denial codes; ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim issues.

Prior Authorization Executive

• Initiate and follow up on prior authorization requests with payers.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to obtain necessary approvals.
• Update EHR and billing systems with authorization status.

Eligibility & Benefits Verification Specialist

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
• Use payer portals and direct calls to confirm eligibility.
• Document verifications and help resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in

  US Healthcare RCM

  .
• Strong communication skills with a

  neutral English accent

  .
• Solid understanding of healthcare terminology (CPT, ICD, EOBs).
• Familiarity with

  Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers

  .
• Proficient in

  payer portals

  (Availity, Navinet, etc.).
• Experience using

  EHR/RCM systems

  (EPIC, Athena, Kareo, etc.).
• Good command of

  MS Office

  (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
