About the Roles:

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive:

• Follow up with insurance payers on unpaid or denied claims via calls.
• Investigate denials, underpayments, and reprocess claims.
• Interpret EOBs and denial codes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claim issues.

Authorization / Referral Request Executive:

• Handle authorization and referral requests efficiently.
• Communicate with providers, payers, and patients for approvals.
• Maintain accurate logs and update systems regularly.

PAP Enrollment & Follow-up Executive:

• Manage patient assistance program (PAP) enrollment and follow-ups.
• Ensure documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Track program status and resolve any issues.

Financial Review & Billing Specialists:

• Conduct financial reviews and ensure accurate billing.
• Process claims, handle billing inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with payer guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills with a neutral English accent.
• Knowledge of US healthcare terminology (CPT, ICD codes, EOBs).
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Experience with payer portals (e.g., Availity, Navinet) and EHR/RCM software (e.g., WeInfuse, Tebra, etc).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
