Job Description

Manage Learning and Development and Talent Management
Support payroll administration and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure effective resolution.
Support performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
Assist in learning & development and talent management initiatives.
Drive employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and reports for management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational guidelines.
