Job Description: We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will help foster a positive work environment and support the overall development of our workforce. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote employee engagement. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and manage employee benefits. Assist in performance management, employee training, and development programs. Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports. Coordinate payroll processing and compensation reviews. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
