Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including induction training, joining formalities, orientation sessions, and exit formalities.
  • Oversee recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer extensions, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement levels by organizing events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar field.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations governing industrial relations in India.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation and presentation development.
