Job Title: HR Executive(Specialization in KEKA Software) - Appletree Building Maintenance Private Limited Department: Administration

Location: Gurugram - Head Office Reports To: Director

Job Purpose

To manage and optimize all HR functions through KEKA software, ensuring seamless payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, attendance tracking, performance reviews, and data analytics. The role focuses on leveraging KEKA's full potential to enhance HR efficiency, compliance, and employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. KEKA System Administration

  • Configure, manage, and update KEKA modules (HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Performance, and Recruitment).
  • Ensure data accuracy, user access control, and system integrity across all departments.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee data, leave, and attendance records.

2. Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage complete payroll processing within KEKA, ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursement and statutory submissions.
  • Generate and analyze monthly payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliations.

3.Attendance & Leave Management

  • Integrate biometric devices and ensure accurate synchronization with KEKA.
  • Monitor attendance logs, overtime, and leave applications for all employees.
  • Resolve discrepancies and maintain leave and attendance discipline.

4.Performance & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes through KEKA.
  • Support PMS cycle setup, goal tracking, and appraisal documentation in KEKA.
  • Generate employee MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

5.Training, Support & Coordination

  • Train employees and managers on KEKA usage and new feature updates.
  • Liaise with KEKA support for issue resolution and system enhancement.
  • Collaborate with HR, Admin, and IT teams for smooth operational integration.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in HRMS or Payroll Management preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR operations with hands-on expertise in KEKA software.
  • Proven record of managing payroll, attendance, and HR automation processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in KEKA , Excel, and HR analytics.
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance laws and HR data reporting.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and inter-departmental coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in HR digital transformation and automation projects.
  • Ability to manage sensitive employee data with confidentiality.

- Proactive in exploring new KEKA features to improve HR efficiency.
