Apply best practices in adult learning theories to create effective & engaging training content. Create Sales Pitches/stories and concepts around Health & Well being narratives 2 . E-Learning/Online Learning Development Utilize advanced e-learning tools to create interactive and engaging online courses. Design and implement assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives. Maintain and update e-learning content to ensure relevance and accuracy Develop online games using animations, triggers and VBA, understanding of coding like JavaScript and HTML will be preferred 3. Video Content Creation Plan, script, and produce high-quality training videos. Collaborate with the multimedia creative agencies to ensure professional video output. Incorporate innovative video formats to enhance learner engagement. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Work independently with internal and external stakeholders to understand training requirements and deliver effective solutions. Communicate with subject matter experts like R&D, marketing and other Centre of Excellence teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy. Collaborate with Digital Content specialist for creation of Digital Content on community building and sales. Partner with Content Specialist and Capability Building & Operations Managers for sales and community building related content to be leveraged in training events and for building internal capability.
