Job Description

Role Objective:

  • Executing the accurate and timely processing of payroll and comp related reimbursements for all employees for both entities of Amway India Enterprises (AIE) and Amway Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (AGSI).
  • Responsible to ensure effective HR services delivery including Time & Attendance system, Onboarding process, Exit process, Service Now, HR Data/ MIS/ Employee Files.
  • Responsible for managing the company's employee insurance programs including Medical, Personal Accident, Group Term Life and Company Car.
  • Ensure Labour Law compliances for Head Office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage HR Operations including employee records, Employee Files and related MISs,
  • Manage Time & Attendance system and related processes (AIE & AGSI)
  • Employee HTR Processes - administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, and intermediary support like Service Now.
  • Manage role-related vendor relationships and contracts including vendor payments.
  • Providing support to audits from HR Operations perspective.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements to streamline HR operations.
  • Creation of codes in HURIS, Employee Central, CODA, Distributor IDs etc.
  • Conduct new hire orientation for Intranet, HURIS, India Connect and Employee Central
  • Custodian of personnel files
  • Mediclaim Insurance administration
  • Complete exit formalities for the resigned associates

Statutory Compliances:

  • Responsible for all Statutory compliances related to Labour and employment for HO.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required regulatory reports, returns, filings and 100% necessary compliances.
  • Ensure maintenance of all documentation related to statutory compliances linked to Labour Law
  • Liaise and manage National compliances vendor for the compliances. Review and ensure National agreements are in order and renewed on time
  • Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and inspections including response to notices.

Insurance Management:

  • Manage the company's insurance programs, including health/medical, Term Life, Personal Accident, Company Car, Workmen’s compensation, Directors Policy etc.
  • Ensure that all insurance plans are implemented accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and brokers to negotiate plan options, premiums, and renewals. Manage relationships with insurance carriers and brokers to address service issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of insurance programs, recommending changes or enhancements as needed.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on insurance program effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
