Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Contract Management

Arrange factory labour based on the requirement in coordination with the Contractors and the Contract Supervisors
Facilitate the selection process of the labour in coordination with the HODs
Verification of contract employee attendance, salary sheet and bills
Receiving the hard copy of bills and verifying the statutory documents.
Co-ordinating for raising PR & PO and Creating Service GRN for monthly bills.
Issuing Shoes & Apron to contract workers
Preparing & sending Daily Manpower Report to all concerned
Provide awareness to workers on Healthy and Safety

On boarding

Coordinating with the newly joined employees to complete the joining formalities
Ensure collection of all documents as per checklist
Scheduling and coordinating for Induction process
Preparation and issue of Appointment letter
Ensure proper documentation of Employee Personal file
Preparation of New joinee information to upload in GreytHR

Attendance Management (Time Office)

Review and regularisation of employee attendance every month
Finalizing and preparing LOP details, if any
Provide final attendance input to Payroll

Statutory Documentation Preparation

EPF UAN & ESI IP creation for the Newly joined employees.
EPF and ESI ECR upload sheet preparation and Challan Preparation
Ensuring Exit date updation in EPF and ESI portal
Filing PT returns
Circulating monthly statutory documents to Project Managers

Exit Management

Exit documents to be prepared and given to the employee on the date of relieving.
Preparation of Relieving Letter & Service certificate.
Exit Interview Coordination
