Position : Human Resource Associate

Salary₹15,000 / Monthly

Employment Type Full-Time (Immediate Joining)

Key Responsibilities

The HR Associate will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, with a focus on:

• HR Operations & Recruitment Support: Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate documentation.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating necessary logistics.
• Employee Relations: Maintaining employee records and assisting with staff inquiries.
• Compliance & Statutory: Ensuring all HR activities adhere to company policies and labor regulations, particularly within the healthcare setting.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Studies (BBA / BS / BBM/BSc Psychology with PM&IR ,BSW (PM))
• OR Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources (MBA - HR Specialization).
• Experience: Previous experience, preferably in Healthcare Human Resources Management, will be preferred but not mandatory requirement.
• Freshers with good confidence and leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
