Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation & exit formalities
2. Maintain and update employee records, attendance & leave management
3. Coordinate with payroll for monthly salary processing
4. Assist in engagement activities & employee communication
5. Handle offer letters, confirmations & HR letters
6. Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management
Requirements:
1. 6 months to 1 year of experience. Freshers are also welcomed
2. Strong knowledge of attendance, payroll & employee lifecycle
3. Good communication & interpersonal skills
4. Graduate in any domain
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
