Job Description

Role & responsibilities The HR Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings. Screen and Evaluate: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Interview and Selection: Conduct interviews and provide recommendations on candidate suitability. Offer and Onboard: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding with HR. Employer Branding: Promote the company as an attractive place to work through job advertisements and social media. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and maintain accurate documentation. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in recruitment or similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Experience with employer branding. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
