Job Description

As an HR Executive in a KPO industry located in Ahmedabad, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition process. This involves leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle for KPO roles, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, managing candidate sourcing and interview scheduling, and building a database of qualified candidates for future recruitment needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing employee attendance records, leave tracking, and ensuring statutory compliance with regulations such as Provident Fund, ESI, and TDS. In terms of administrative support, you will maintain accurate employee records, including personal data and performance reviews, while also providing HR-related administrative assistance and coordinating employee training or engagement activities. You will play a key role in implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures to support the KPO environment, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards. Employee relations and engagement will be another focus area, where you will assist in organizing engagement activities, team building events, and addressing employee concerns or grievances to foster a fair and supportive workplace environment. Compliance with local labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and internal company policies is crucial, particularly within the context of a KPO environment. You will handle necessary documentation for statutory filings, employee contracts, and performance management records, as well as assist with audits and regulatory compliance related to HR processes. Vendor management will also fall under your purview, involving the management of relationships with external vendors, negotiation of contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and addressing any issues promptly to maintain positive partnerships. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar fast-paced, client-focused industry, along with strong knowledge of HRMS and MS Office tools. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality are essential attributes for success in this position. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field would be advantageous.,
