Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR operations and contribute to a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. This role is vital to aligning HR practices with organizational goals and supporting strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Draft job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
· Maintain up-to-date HR policies in compliance with labor laws
· Manage Statutory & payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
· Administer performance review systems and support managers with goal setting and feedback.
· Track and analyse HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and workforce development.
· Support manpower planning for project sites and factory operations.
· Assist in succession planning and career development strategies.
· Maintain accurate and confidential records for all HR functions.
· Ensure statutory compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
English, Telugu & Hindi speaking candidate will be given preference.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
