• Handling End to End Recruitment process. • Recruitment through multiple sources including, Sourcing of the candidates through various job portals like Naukri, monster, Advertisements, Walk-in Interviews, Consultants, Campus Selection, Employee Referrals and Data Banks, at various levels and functions within optimum time, quality, and cost. • Preparing Salary structure for finally selected employees in recruitments. • Releasing offer letters to the selected candidates and preparing recruitment e-files • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process. • Responsible for Employee Management Life Cycle i.e from hiring to exit. • Organize Induction program for new hires. • Management of KPIs in VirtuO. • Error free KPI upload in the KPI tool. • Management of recruitment agencies. • Maintain and record of vendor management through e-files.
Coordinate with Insurance company for Mediclaim and Accident insurance Policy. • Medical Insurance - Preparing the Addition & Deletion of Employees in Excel. • Co-ordinating for regular Employee Engagement activities • Work in close coordination with the management to capture key expectations from the human resources function and provide efficient service and support to them. • Ensure effective communication of HR System and Policies and consistent application across levels and locations. • Provide required reports as per need basis. • Any other work allotted from time to time.
