Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Executive located in Rajpura. The Human Resource Executive will oversee the recruitment and selection process, manage employee onboarding and training, address employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting performance management, and assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and maintaining open communication channels with employees.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, hiring processes, and employee onboarding
• Proficiency in HR management, employee relations, and performance management
• Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and company policy formulation
• Proficient communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively handle workplace challenges and resolve conflicts
• Familiarity with HR tools, software, and best practices for record-keeping
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in healthcare or hospital administration is an added advantage
