Human Resource Executive - Insurance

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for various roles within the organization.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes: joining, confirmation, transfers, exits, etc.
• Maintain HRMS records and ensure timely data updates.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and training needs.
• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
• Prepare HR-related reports, MIS, and dashboards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience; insurance industry background is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliances.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS tools).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
