Job Description

HRBP Roles & Responsibilities (2 Years Experience – Real Estate)

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment drives for sales, site engineering, and corporate roles specific to real estate.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely closures.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) for candidate sourcing.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities at project sites and corporate office.
  • Collect employee feedback and share insights with HR leadership for action planning.
  • Support in implementing recognition programs for sales, site teams, and support functions.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination for employees at sites and offices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements relevant to real estate operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.

4. Performance Management

  • Support execution of PMS cycles, goal setting, and appraisal discussions.
  • Assist managers in tracking performance of sales targets, project timelines, and customer service standards.
  • Work with HR Head to identify underperforming areas and propose development plans.

5. Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programs on sales techniques, customer handling, safety compliance, and soft skills.
  • Track training attendance and effectiveness.
  • Support in creating skill development initiatives for site engineers and sales teams.

6. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances at project sites.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior HRBP/HR Head and support resolution.
  • Build trust with employees by regular site visits and open communication channels.

7. Business Partnership

  • Work closely with business leaders (Sales, Projects, Marketing) to understand people-related challenges.
  • Provide HR data insights (attrition, headcount, hiring status) to aid decision-making.
  • Support manpower planning aligned with upcoming projects and launches.
