Position Overview

Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records within HR systems and tools.
Support HR operations including attendance management, payroll inputs, and compliance-related tasks.
Coordinate team logistics and employee workplace requirements.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and provide timely resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum of
2 years of experience
in an HR role.
Proficiency in recruitment processes and HR software/tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality at all times.
