Create and implement student counseling programs. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to improve the overall student experience. Required candidate profile Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Leadership qualities and a proactive, student-centered approach. Prior experience in counseling, academic advising, student support is highly desirable. Preffered Candidate Bachelors degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
