Provide academic planning and career guidance to students.
Assist students in selecting appropriate IT development courses.
Address walk-in and online inquiries with detailed course and program information.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and enrollment data.
Create and implement student counseling programs.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to improve the overall student experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Leadership qualities and a proactive, student-centered approach.
Prior experience in counseling, academic advising, student support is highly desirable.
Bachelors degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Familiarity with IT and professional development programs is a plus.
