Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and working professionals regarding career-oriented courses such as:

Data Science
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Business Analytics
Investment Banking

Handle leads generated through digital platforms, calls, and inquiries
Understand candidate requirements and recommend the right course/program
Explain course details, fee structure, learning outcomes, and career benefits
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Build strong relationships with learners and ensure a positive counseling experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for sales, counseling, and career guidance
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, MS Office)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in
Sales / EdTech / Education Counseling / Inside Sales / BDE
Experience in course sales or admission counseling is an added advantage
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply
