Job Description

Role Overview

As the HR Executive, you will be responsible for executing the people operations of the organization, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, HR administration, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will act as a bridge between employees and management, helping maintain a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and driving HR initiatives to support growth and talent retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with hiring managers
  • Conduct background checks, reference verification
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, appointment letters
  • Plan and deliver onboarding programs for new hires (orientation, induction, documentation, buddy assignment
  • Maintain HRIS / employee database, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage employee documentation, personnel files, and record-keeping
  • Generate HR reports and analytics (attrition, headcount, recruitment metrics)
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, conflict resolution
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, team-building, recognition initiatives
  • Facilitate training & development needs, coordinate learning programs
  • Support performance appraisal cycles (goal setting, reviews, feedback)
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies, employee handbook
  • Help standardize HR processes (leave management, attendance, travel & expense, exit)
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement in HR operations
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition drivers
  • Ensure proper clearance of equipment, final settlements, documentation upon exit
  • Document lessons learned and feed into continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on HR experience (ideally in a services / consulting / professional services firm)
  • Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude
