Job Description

Role Summary

The Tender Executive will be responsible for end-to-end management of tenders, bids and proposals from opportunity identification and preparing technical and commercial proposals, to follow-ups, coordination with internal teams, submission, and post-submission clarifications. This role is pivotal in helping CSV Techno secure new projects, maintain a strong competitive edge, and expand our footprint in valuation and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor tender portals, government / private sector procurement sites, real estate / infrastructure forums to identify suitable tenders, RFPs, RFQs in valuation, real estate advisory, surveying, engineering consultancy, asset resolution, etc. Evaluate eligibility, bid conditions, timelines, prequalification requirements.
  • Lead preparation of technical & financial proposals, drafting scope, methodology, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, cost estimates, terms & conditions. Coordinate inputs from domain/technical teams (valuation experts, surveyors, engineers, legal, finance) to build coherent proposals. Ensure compliance with tender terms, formats and submission guidelines.
  • Develop competitive pricing models aligned with cost structures, margins, and market standards. Analyze competitor pricing, risk factors, and bid margins. Negotiate internally and externally on commercial terms.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders (online / physical). Maintain register of submitted bids, statuses, results.
  • Maintain templates, past bid documents, standard clauses, checklists, lessons learned. Archive bid documents, statutory forms, compliance documents, vendor registrations, Generate periodic reports on bid pipeline, win ratio, reasons for rejection, improvement plans.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing benchmarks, regulatory changes, new service offerings in valuation, real estate, infrastructure. Monitor competitor bids, project awards, client requirements.
  • Work closely with senior leadership in setting tendering strategy.
    Participate in client visits, pre-bid discussions, negotiations, presentations. Suggest improvements to internal processes, cost structures, documentation to increase competitiveness.

Must have requirement

  • Hands on experience on GeM Portal, state and central procurement Portal

Qualifications & Skills

Education / Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Civil / Structural Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in tendering / proposals / bidding, preferably in valuation, real estate, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, or related services.
  • Experience working with public sector tenders (government / PSUs), and private sector RFPs is desirable.
