We are a growing company manufacturing high-quality regenerative concept based products intended for use in scar care, woundcare and hemostats.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Tender Executive to lead and manage end-to-end bid processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating complex proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and ensuring timely, high-quality bid submissions that align with our commercial and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the entire bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to proposal submission.
  • Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) to understand client requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Legal, Finance) to gather necessary inputs.
  • Write, edit, and format compelling proposals, executive summaries, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain a bid library with standard templates, case studies, and relevant content.
  • Ensure proposals meet company standards in terms of quality, branding, and positioning.
  • Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
  • Conduct post-bid reviews and maintain bid status reports and win/loss analysis.
  • Support continuous improvement of bid processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, LifeSciences, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in bid/proposal management.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of proposal automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Tender Management of Medical Products is preferred
  • Familiarity with government or enterprise procurement processes.
  • Should be well versed with GeM portal
