Role Overview

Sales & Marketing Manager / Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Prospect, target and develop new business opportunities across sectors such as real estate, industrial, hospitality, education, infrastructure, financial institutions, etc.
Lead outreach campaigns: cold calling, networking, referrals, partner channels, RFPs, proposals, etc.
Qualify leads, prepare proposals & presentations, conduct client meetings, and close engagements.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
Work with internal valuation / technical teams to scope client requirements & deliverables.
Develop and execute marketing plans (online + offline) to promote CSV Techno’s services.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research in valuation, real estate advisory, and allied sectors.
Identify emerging business segments, service gaps, and partnership opportunities.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat / referral business.
Serve as a point of contact for client issues, escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must-haves

MBA is must
2–7 years (or depending on level) of experience in sales / business development / marketing in B2B services, preferably in real estate, valuation, finance, consulting, or infrastructure sectors.
Self-motivated, target-driven, goal-oriented, with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
