Immediate Joiners only

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.

Ensure a smooth joining and induction process for new employees.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Handle statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESIC, Insurance and employee documentation.

Maintain and update attendance records, leave management, and employee data.

Prepare and update HR-related reports such as increment sheets, attendance sheets, and incentive sheets.

Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and conduct exit interviews.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Conduct employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.

Support in resolving employee issues and maintaining healthy workplace relations.

Training & Development:

Coordinate and conduct employee training programs.

Maintain training calendars and attendance records.

Evaluate training outcomes and ensure continuous improvement.
