Job Description

Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing administrative support to all employees. The HR Executive plays a key role in ensuring a positive work environment and promoting organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and selection processes (scheduling interviews, screening resumes, etc.) Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Coordinate training and development activities Manage employee grievances and provide support in conflict resolution Assist in payroll processing and leave management Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes Organize employee engagement and welfare activities Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics as required Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1 to 6 years of experience in an HR role (entry-level applicants may be considered for junior positions) Knowledge of HR functions and best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Discretion in handling confidential information Female candidates only Location - Malad Immediate joining preferred Interested candidate please mail your cv at hr@archerchem.com or what's up at 9028871352
