We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Oncology team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the marketing strategy for our oncology portfolio, working cross-functionally to ensure product success from pre-launch through post-launch phases. This position will require a deep understanding of oncology therapeutic areas, the pharmaceutical landscape, and the ability to drive product growth through innovative strategies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for oncology products, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and brand objectives.Lead the execution of marketing strategies for multiple products within the oncology portfolio.Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access teams to ensure the development and implementation of integrated plans.Collaborate with the Clinical Development team to provide input on ongoing clinical trials and leverage insights into marketing strategies.Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and external stakeholders to gather insights and support brand-building activities.Brand Leadership:Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development of promotional materials, digital campaigns, and sales training programs.Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring they meet brand objectives and KPIs.Support market access teams in the development of reimbursement strategies, pricing models, and payer communications.Leadership and Team Development:Mentor and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in achieving business goals.Foster a collaborative environment and develop a high-performing marketing team.Regulatory and Compliance:Ensure all marketing materials and activities are compliant with regulatory guidelines and company policies.Oncology experience required from 4 to 8 years as a product managerLocation - Malad - mumbaiInterested candidate please what's up your resume on 9028871352
