Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities HR Executive

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure smooth joining formalities and employee induction

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain employee records (personal files, digital HRMS data)
  • Manage confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
  • Conduct exit formalities and coordinate full & final settlements
  • Ensure timely issuance of experience and relieving letters

3. Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, incentives)
  • Assist in payroll processing and resolve employee payroll queries
  • Manage statutory benefits such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.
  • Track reimbursements, allowances, and deductions

4. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor attendance, shifts, and leave records
  • Ensure compliance with leave policies and shift rosters
  • Address discrepancies related to attendance and leave balances

5. Statutory & Compliance Support

  • Support compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Assist in maintaining registers, returns, and records as per law
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and inspectors

6. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Support grievance handling and employee counseling processes
  • Assist in engagement initiatives, events, and communication
  • Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture

7. Policy Implementation & Discipline

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines
  • Support disciplinary actions, memos, and warning letters
  • Ensure adherence to POSH, Code of Conduct, and workplace policies

8. Training & Development Support

  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
  • Track probation, performance feedback, and confirmations
  • Assist in learning & development initiatives

9. HR Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.)
  • Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and reviews
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

10. General HR Administration

  • Coordinate with Admin for ID cards, access, uniforms, etc.
  • Support HR projects and process improvements
  • Handle any other HR-related tasks assigned by management
