Job Description

Note

Job Summary

Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities

2. Payroll Management

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and salary records
Handle salary structure, deductions, incentives, and final settlements
Coordinate with accounts team for payroll-related entries

3. Statutory Compliance

Manage statutory compliances such as
PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Labour Laws
Ensure timely filing of returns and challans
Handle EPFO & ESIC registrations, corrections, and inspections
Maintain compliance records and statutory registers

4. HR Operations

Maintain employee master data and personnel files
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred
Experience:
1 to 3 years in HR (Hiring, Payroll & Compliance)
Skills Required:

Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Payroll & Labour Laws
Recruitment & onboarding process knowledge
MS Excel, HRMIS, Payroll software
Good communication and coordination skills
