Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting

  processes.
• Prepare and analyze

  monthly MIS, P&L statements, and balance sheets

  .
• Manage

  costing and product profitability analysis

  for formulations and APIs.
• Handle

  cash flow management, working capital optimization

  , and fund planning.
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  under GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable laws.
• Liaise with

  auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

  .
• Monitor

  inventory valuation, cost control, and CAPEX monitoring

  .
• Lead and guide the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  
• Implement

  internal controls, SOPs, and process improvements

  .
• Support management with

  strategic financial insights and business decisions

  .

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified

  CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

  with 815 years of experience.
• Prior experience in a

  pharmaceutical or manufacturing company

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  costing, accounting standards, and taxation

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  ERP systems / Tally.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
