Role

HR Coordination related Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the HR team and internal/external stakeholders

Schedule Management :

  • Managing Senior HR members daily agenda and working as a Business planning manager on various HR topics as required
  • Arranging meetings and appointments. Booking of Conference & Meeting rooms as required
  • Catering to scheduling meetings, managing the calendar, preparing agendas and follow up actions
  • Responsible for Logistics management for seamless execution of agenda and meetings
  • Management of Travel related activities as required to support Senior HR members agenda

Stakeholder Management:

  • Working with teams across locations to organize meetings and manage relevant pre / post follow up actions
  • Responsible to organize and drive internal team meetings (weekly, fortnightly & monthly)
  • Point of contact for global visitors and managing their agenda during their visit

Overall coordination and management:

  • Contribute to organizing internal and external events with HR and Business Leadership team
  • Managing the expense reports, vendor invoices and co-ordination with Finance team for timely payment and closure
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Monitor mandatory/Non Mandatory compliance and other L&D related training and send out timely reminders as required
  • Coordinate with various team Admin, REFOG and Others
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs as necessary
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
