HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

HR Coordination & Executive Support (3040%)

Proactive approach to all initiatives.
Ensure implementation of projects and reporting

Project Management Support

Work on strategic and operational projects under HRBP leadership.
Track project milestones, prepare status updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve bottlenecks.

Communication & Documentation

Prepare high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
Draft internal communications, meeting notes, and project summaries.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Skills & Qualifications
