Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Providing HR support to line management (Org. charts, training, grievance handling, performance appraisals, transfers, deputations, disciplinary actions, regulatory/statutory compliance, working closely with project heads in managing employee relations and maintaining a cordial work environment.
Manage site HRs and ensure smooth HR Operations across all the sites in the respective business units.
Serve as a single point of contact to respective Project heads for all HR activities.
Coordinate with sites for induction and joining formalities for New Joiners
Manpower planning-updating Org. chart as per business requirements Co-ordinate with TA team ensure timely deployed manpower as per and PIPS of SLA
Ensure completion of KRAS, PMS (Mid-Year and Annual Co-ordinate with C&B for leaves, attendance, payroll and full & final employees in BU settlements
Initiate the Disciplinary Submission of HRMIS reports on a monthly basis.
Good Hands-on experience in preparing Dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA - Human Resources
4-8 Years of experience
Hands-on experience in dashboard preparation
