Sales
Key Responsibilities: -
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales functions (frontline to leadership).
• Coordinate with business heads to forecast headcount and skill needs.
• Reduce TAT and backfill delays through structured hiring pipelines.
• Handle campus hiring and lateral hiring across regions.
• Partner with external vendors and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Own employee lifecycle operations including transfers, confirmations, and separations.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
• Maintain and analyze monthly dashboards: attrition, headcount, hiring funnel, TAT, productivity, etc.
• Publish key MIS reports for business reviews and decision-making.
• Drive insights using data to influence HR and business strategy.
• Design and execute engagement programs tailored to the sales force.
• Partner with line managers on pulse checks, R&R programs, and cultural initiatives.
• Improve retention through structured IDPs, career paths, and recognition programs.
• Facilitate the performance review cycle (PMS) across regions.
• Support in goal setting, mid-year/annual reviews, and PIP/IDP tracking.
• Collaborate with L&D to align training interventions with business needs.
• Act as the first point of contact for field and retail sales teams on HR issues.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and counseling cases.
• Ensure smooth handling of transfer policies, mobility, and reassignments.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized university.
• 7 - 10 years of HR experience with at least 5+ years in a Sales HRBP role.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of field force dynamics and regionally diverse teams.
• Hands-on with HR tools (SuccessFactors, SAP, Darwinbox, Oracle, Peoplestrong, etc.).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel across zones/stores/markets as required.
