Design and maintain Performance Management Systems (PMS) aligned with organizational goals, ensuring fairness, transparency, and continuous feedback loops. Manage warehouse and IR issues. Analyze metrics to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in talent management practices across the organization.
