Roles and Responsibilities Role : HRBP Work location :Greater Kolkata Provide strategic support to business leaders by analyzing workforce planning data and making recommendations on talent development initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives, focusing on leadership development, skill building, and performance improvement. Design and maintain Performance Management Systems (PMS) aligned with organizational goals, ensuring fairness, transparency, and continuous feedback loops. Manage warehouse and IR issues. Analyze metrics to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in talent management practices across the organization.
