Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HRBP Executive with a strong background in core HR functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a generalist role and hands-on expertise in attrition analysis, grievance handling, employee retention, and employee relations. An MBA in HR is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
Handle employee grievances with sensitivity and ensure timely resolution.
Analyze attrition trends and recommend retention strategies.
Foster positive employee relations and drive engagement initiatives.
Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Collaborate with recruitment, payroll, and compliance teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for management review.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.

Requirements:

MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, grievance handling, and retention strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
