Human Resource Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

• People Connect & Engagement: Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring continuous employee connect and engagement across the Business Unit.
• Trusted Advisor: Partner with and advise Functional Heads on people matters, workforce planning, and organizational priorities.
• Program Execution: Drive and execute HR programs, policies, and organizational development initiatives within the BU.
• Business Partnership: Bring BU-specific perspective to HR strategies and align HR solutions to business goals.
• Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Change & Transformation: Collaborate with business leaders to support organizational changes, transformation initiatives, and culture-building efforts.
• Talent Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, career development, and retention.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDBM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in HRBP role.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to handle employee relations with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality.
• Experience in driving HR programs and initiatives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
