Job Description

Ensuring the data of all employees

  • Making timely SOPs for the organisation.

  • Managing payroll activities on monthly basis

  • Managing strong and effective relationship with Hiring agency

  • Coordination with administrative team for laptop, phones, travel and other office assets

  • Getting End to end Recruitment (Self sourcing & through consultancies), screening CV wellbefore it goes to the interviewer. Ensuring smooth process for interview

  • Tie up with various colleges and hostels for campus placement

  • Planning and executing employee engagement activities well

  • Problem solving and quick turnaround time of all activities

  • Allocating work to juniors from time to time

  • Various other responsibilities which would be given from time to time. Main objective is tobuild bridge between management and HR executives and other team members

Sourcing and Screening Guidelines -

  • Excellent written & oral communications skills. Should be able to write emails and make jobdescriptions individually.

  • Recruitment Experience is mandatory
