Making timely SOPs for the organisation.
Managing payroll activities on monthly basis
Managing strong and effective relationship with Hiring agency
Coordination with administrative team for laptop, phones, travel and other office assets
Getting End to end Recruitment (Self sourcing & through consultancies), screening CV wellbefore it goes to the interviewer. Ensuring smooth process for interview
Tie up with various colleges and hostels for campus placement
Planning and executing employee engagement activities well
Problem solving and quick turnaround time of all activities
Allocating work to juniors from time to time
Various other responsibilities which would be given from time to time. Main objective is tobuild bridge between management and HR executives and other team members
Excellent written & oral communications skills. Should be able to write emails and make jobdescriptions individually.
