This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about HR systems, process enhancement, and working at the intersection of human capital and technology. You will collaborate with developers and functional teams to streamline and scale human capital processes and systems. Key Responsibilities: System Implementation & Optimization: Partner with functional and technical teams to conceptualize and implement innovative HR system solutions that support time, attendance, performance, onboarding, and other key HC functions. Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications and documentation. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and oversee UAT cycles, ensuring solutions meet user needs and are free of defects. Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage tools like advanced Excel to analyze complex data sets and support decision-making. Strategic Alignment: Ensure all HC systems and process improvements align with organizational goals and support talent management initiatives. Must-Have Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in Human Capital Infrastructure and Systems MBA in Human Resources (preferred) Techno-functional experience across multiple HC modules such as time & attendance, onboarding, and performance management 6 months to 2 years of experience working with advanced Excel functions Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to understand technical systems and translate non-technical requirements into system solutions Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HR technology tools in either a consulting or in-house role Exposure to large-scale system rollouts or digital transformation projects in HR Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work cross-functionally Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 years of continuous experience in a single organization No gaps in education or employment Preference for candidates based in Hyderabad (relocation assistance is available) Candidates on a career break with relevant experience are welcome to apply Additional Notes: While compensation is benchmarked, candidates with higher expectations may still be considered if exceptionally qualified.
